Who I Am

I started my career in PR, working across a range of small consumer agencies. But it wasn’t the campaigns that really interested me, it was everything behind the scenes. The systems, the processes, the foundational work that makes everything else possible.

That love of operational detail shaped the next 15 years. A decade running the day-to-day at PR agency Kilpatrick. Five years since then consulting with SMEs - from leading complex office relocations to running investor events for rapidly scaling startups.

I understand what founders are juggling, and how much difference a solid operational setup can make.
