Who I Am
I’m Abi Hopkins.
I spent the first 10 years of my career in PR, working across a range of small consumer agencies. While others focused on the campaigns, I was drawn to everything behind the scenes: the systems, processes and structure that make great work possible.
That interest has shaped the last 15 years of my career. I spent a decade running the operations at PR agency Kilpatrick before moving into consultancy, where I’ve spent the last five years working with SMEs and high-growth startups. From leading office relocations and building HR functions to managing finance, IT and compliance, I’ve helped businesses build the operational structure they need to grow.
I know what founders are juggling because I’ve spent my career making sure the business behind the business works.
